In need of a replacement water heater, I randomly picked Jorgensen Plumbing and talked to John. I soon discovered I was talking to someone who knew and understood my situation and ultimately helped me get a replacement for my in-warranty, yet leaking, water heater. John was a major help and an easy to talk to guy.

I was having toilet problems I called and john came out that day. It was a simple fix. He was so nice, professional and even took his shoes off at the door! Once it was fixed he took the time to explain to me how to correct the problem if it happens again. 5 stars aren't enough. Hard to find this good of help now a days! Reasonable price too.

I have used John's services several times including at my own mothers house. I have recommended him to family and friends. John is competent and reasonable. That is rare these days.
