Ladd Service Company

Well I was regrettable disappointed with my service. I had had LADD out to my house. When I had them come out to my child care center to ensure the water was mixed for the right temperature for KDHE licensing, the first quote they gave us was right in line with the other companies. Unfortunately, when I decided to go with LADD, the number they quoted was only 1/2 (for only 1 water heater). The next thing, when they came out, now they found that one of the water heaters was bad, do now it was going to be an addition (close to) $600. In trying to reach a resolution, I suggested they waive the installation fee for the water heater since they "missed" it when they were out providing the quote - the customer service representative laughed at me - I would make sure if you are considering LADD that you get an estimate from another professional first (they expect the customer to be experts in plumbing), and get everything in writing.
