The first time I went here I sat down and did my taxes with her in person, quick and easy. Cut to this year, I had called about getting mine done, but I had also got married and my husband is stationed on a Navy base several states away. While I wanted to sit down with her and do things in person to prevent issue, she said I wouldn't need to do that, and that dropping off our paperwork would be faster. Since then the whole experience has been a migraine. Her assistant needed new proofs. I gathered them and sent them in... Heard nothing. I called many weeks after they should have been turned in, turns out she put them on extension because she wasn't aware I had sent her new proofs. Supposedly she sent everything in the first week of May... It is now the second week in June and we have not received our refund. To top it off, when you Bing Lady Tax, the phone number that comes up is bogus. The number on this site gets disconnected. Very disappointed. Glad to be moving out of state soon, won't have to deal with her again.
