We had a leaking water line in a copper pipe in the wall, that had a pinhole leak.Lightfoot employees, Jared and Ronny were outstanding. The leaking manifold was fixed the next morning. Big thanks to Jared and Ronny. Jared,my neighbor, came over , at our request, that evening and made all the arrangements for the next day repair.Ronny arrived the next morning and it was fixed in less than hour.We are very pleased with the professionalism and promptness of Lightfoot employees.

My son stepped on the copper tube coming from the outside unit and caused it to leak all of the freon. We had them come out during the day on a weekday. The service person came out with a quote that ended up being more than 3X what we actually paid to have it repaired. He was trying to charge us over $200/hr for labor. He was basically trying to use scare tactics and also tried selling us a new unit. I would not go near this company, unless you want to pay a lot more money than is necessary. I'm not sure how their work would have been because I didn't use them. As far as I'm concerned, the whole company is crooked.

I have used them multiple times for both air conditioning and plumbing. Very professional, great employees, on time, work has been excellent.
