BUYER BEWARE!
I was overcharged by over 200% on a simple transaction! You could be too!
Fortunately, the transaction was made on my American Express and I was aware enough to see it and dispute it. I called Kevin Starnes to inform him of the error. It then took several days to receive confirmation that it was in fact an error. It's now been two weeks since the transaction, 5 days since the confirmation, and I have still not received a refund.
This leads me to believe that this may not be the first time for Lillian Simons Flowers and that it could be an intentional practice. My next step is to report this information to the better business bureau.

This is a top notch floral shop. They take care of all your floral needs...going the extra mile if necessary. I have never had a problem with Lillian Simons Flowers...they do different and unusual designs, and help to make sure you receive a quality product delivered anywhere in the Metroplex. Give them a call, you will not be sorry.

I always have trouble finding gifts for my wife, one year i ordered an arrangment from here and my wife loved them so much she couldn't bring herself to throw them out long after the flowers started to wilt, she would continually point them out to anyone that came by the house. I will continue to use this florist and would encourage others to do the same. Guys i don't think you can go wrong here.
