I had been having problems with a unit that was installed a few years ago by a different company. I called this other company out for a service call last year but they did nothing - their solution was to clean outside coils which did not fix the problem. Lucas HVACR came out this season and fully diagnosed the problem. The compressor was shot - probably never worked properly and other company never diagnosed that.

Lucas ordered the parts and installed it for me in a very professional manner even when I was away on vacation. Very thourough. Thank you Lucas HVACR!
