I was told that 3 azaleas were planted (without my permission) and was charged $150. He also told my son that they were the hearty kind and he would keep an on them. He never did - and they are not healthy at all.

He put half dead pachysandra under my tree, and I told him they did not look very good and to replace them, he never did - even though he would do it last season.
