Just had main line sewer back up in the basement . Did not believe that somebody will respond quickly in after Thanksgiving day - Mangano service person(by name Mark if I am not mistaken) was on my property in just 2 hours. Took care of the problem and gave us an advice how to maintain the line in the future so to stay trouble free. Very professional service that starts from the dispatcher that took the call. I will recommend the service to anyone and will definitely use it again.

This company has been so awesome I cant even describe. Firstly on the morning of my wedding my parents house had a clog and the whole house was backing up. Imagine not being able shower, shave, or anything hours before your wedding? Yea.... I was freaking out. The lady on the phone was so nice. She heard my whole story and put me on hold to see what she could do in order to accommodate my family asap. She came back on and said no problem and that she'd have someone to us asap. Within an hour the door bell rang. Ive never been so happy to see a plumber in my life ahah! Turns out it was no regular plumber but the owner of the company. He heard what our problem was and had no other employees available so he came himself. He fixed the problem right away, and the company even bought a congratulations card with them. These were the nicest people. I, and my family will be customers for life. Considering my now husband and I just closed on a house- we'll be using them for a long long time. Thanks Mr. Mangano you have a great company!

This company was pretty great. Had an issue with my dishwasher and the guy who came to fix it was in uniform which I was pretty surprised about. he cleaned up after himself and fixed the problem. so far so good, no issues since.

I had such a great experience with Manganos I dont know where to begin. I used them two years ago when I bought my house and they were great then. They did a septic inspection for us and found that the system was old and needed to be replaced. They also noted that some of the plumbing wasnt right and to code. I was able to give my attorney and realtor this information before we bought the house and we saved about 5k in closing. Our system was replaced and we decided to wait on the plumbing- big mistake. Two weeks ago we had a frozen pipe, no water, AND a pipe burst on two seperate sides of the house. The heat wasnt making it upstairs to my daughters room- I just a baby a few months ago and of course my husband was away on business. I totally freaked out and remembered the magnet on my fridge. I called and when they heard my story, got someone to me as soon as they could. They were great, they unfroze the pipe (which then got the heat working upstairs) and fixed the burst. I have to say from start to finish i have nothing but good things to say about this company. Ill be a customer for life.

Don't deal with those guys! I had my water pipe frozen outside of my house and made a mistake of calling them. They tell me that someone will come between 10am and 2pm. They guys shows up at 4:30pm and tells me that probably my pipes are frozen outside and he doesn't have anything with him to deal with it. So, I need to pay $80 to him now and call someone else. Considering that I told them on the phone that I have the frozen pipes, this is a total rip-off. Save yourself time and money and call someone else.

I keep coming back to this company for everything. I own a house, a rental house and also own a corporate building in Massapequa that has several drs office in it. They saved me so much money on my office building because i have a doctor that rents from me who keeps flushing things he shouldnt (or his staff does). he tried to claim it was a problem with my main line and refused to pay rent. He withheld two months rent and i was about to get lawyers and considering even eviction. I called Mangano for even just some advice and they offered to video the line. Believe it or not, as they were video'ing the line someone flushed and there comes a "feminine product" flying through the line from his office staff. After having that proof, he's paid up his rent, i dont have to pay attorneys and he's paid money towards all the times that Mangano had to come clear the line, and for the hand dryers i had installed in his bathroom to prevent papertowls getting down the drain. I'll never use another company again. Roto rooter charegs and arm and a leg, and sometimes even your first born, and i even had another company that the guy was wearing ripped jeans and had a hole in his shirt. i dont even remember the name of that one because i sent him away. Mangano is the way to go

Mangano was great, from start to finish. their manager who was at my house was so sweet and professional. the lady who answered the phone was so friendly and helpful, and even when I had a question the office manager knew her stuff. I never felt like I was talking to someone who was reciting prices or a script, I always knew that they were actually telling me the truth, and the best way to solve my broken main line. I bought the house 6 months ago and with a family of 4 running water constantly we always had a smell in the basement and twice had back ups. mangano was the first company to want to fix the actual cause of the problem instead of just digging into my pocket. good company all around.

used a lot of companys before this one and no one fixed my problem. manganos tech driver came and really knew his stuff. he took care of my problem and then found the source of the problem. they came in December 2013 and I haven't had a problem since but recommended them to my mom and she liked them too. if they can please her they can please anyone.

I used this company this past week. used another guy last year who told me all i needed was pumping. ive got a wife and 4 kids. when i called this company bc i couldnt remember who i used last year they knew what they were doing and my original plan was to call arounduntil i found the guy i used last year but they were so nice and smart over the phone i said what the hell. they did anexcellent job and cleaned up nice. they explained everything soup to nuts. i took a magnet and will definitiely be sure to use them again.
