        These guys were nice the day of, but when I wasn't happy once the carpet dried, they didn't return 7 (and counting) of my phone calls, didn't show up for an appointment, just didn't show and never called explaining why. The only reason they returned any of my calls is because I pretended to be someone else. Any company that doesn't stand behind their work is not worth dealing with, and if they don't return calls to a polite lady like me (for reals, I'm nice) then I turn nasty and they get every poor review I can leave. Choose another company for your carpet cleaning.
