We had no power and no heat. Mid State's employee showed up on time and was able to fix the problem quickly. The tech explained what caused the problem and how to keep it from happening again. The price they quoted was what we paid. This was a pleasant surprise. I have used other companies in the past, an felt that I was taken advantage of. I would recommend Mid State and will use as needed in the future.
