They seemed friendly on the phone. Of course they can't make an actual appointment for the estimate, so they give you a window of time in which they'll be there. So I waited. and waited. Finally I called, when the window was almost over. No answer. No reply. Nothing. A completely inconsiderate, waste of my time. I'm just glad I found out how reliable they are, before they started a job, and really screwed me over!
