        RUDE as can be! I have never been so insulted in my life by a service person in my own home. He was not only rude to me but also rude to the nice young man who was working with him. After he “fixed” the problem, a different one arose an hour after he left. And he now refuses to come out to fix the NEW a problem, claiming it’s not his fault and is basically mad that we’ve called his business to complain about him. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
