        Average work and incredibly pricy!! Rate for him and a helper is almost $200 ph. Couldn’t even make electrical wire adjustment for new tank but charged us almost $1000. He is a crook with a smile on his face. Waiting for a credit because I checked his numbers. Doesn’t really itemize.
