Mr. Roof was helpful in providing an affordable price, answered all of my questions, came back when I had additional questions, and got the job done quick.
The only concerns were a dent in my wood deck and gutter but they were more than willing to fix it or compensate me for it. There were also a lot of nails in the gutter but barely any on the ground!

We had been having leaking in our room for years, and the team came in one day and had the entire roof completed before we made it home from work!

My salesperson, Rickie Steele, Caitlyn(office) and the team at Mr. Roof were a pleaseure to work with from start to finish.
I was not confident that a new roof would fit into my budget.
Rickie worked out a very fair and affordable quote...less than I expected.
The work was extensive. They had to replace almost all the original wood.
Caitlyn worked out the financing with me, making it possible to fit the payments into my budget. They finished the roof in one day. The work team was very professional and efficient, leaving no mess.

We hired Mr. Roof this past fall to install a new roof on our house and out buildings. Craig handled all our questions and went over and above to make sure all our needs were met. The crew was prompt, efficient and friendly! They would have had it all done in one day but toward the end of the day a bad rain storm blew in and they had to cover things up and leave it. They came back the next morning and finished before lunch! Afterwards the crew used their magnetic rakes and picked up all the debris and even moved some of my heavy planters back where they belonged! We are very pleased with the lifetime warranty roof we purchased and with the friendliness and efficiency with which the company handled all our needs. Thank you Mr. Roof!
