Very disappointing and unreliable! They left me without hot water for three days and I ended up calling out another plumber. It was pretty expensive, in the end, since I paid them $250 but the problem wasn't fixed. And the vehicle that he came in leaked oil all over my driveway.

Can never return a phone call but will randomly show up to my home to take "measurements" when that should of been done the first time they came into my home to give an estimate...ALSO my camera outside my house showed them trying to OPEN my front door after knocking..

This had to have been one of the worse so called "plumbing" companies I've ever had to deal with. We paid them over $7,000 to install a boiler and have soaked several hundreds of dollars after the fact to undo their mistakes. They mickey moused everything and when called to do necessary repairs under the warranty, we got the run around. They scheduled (2) appointments with us and never showed up or called to say they were unable to come and complete the necessary work that had to be done. After several attempts, we simply gave up.



They "borrowed" my husband's tools in the cellar to complete their work without our knowing. When my husband confronted them, they said they simply did not have the necessary tools with them to complete the work so they used what was available. They turned over our child's crib we were saving for our grandchildren as their step ladder.



Please, save yourself the time and money and do not contract or hire this company to do any work in your home.
