I don't even want to give these guys a 1 star rating but it was the lowest I could offer. They towed my daughter's car from the scene of an accident and then demanded a CASH payment from us to sign over the title of her totaled car...then 6 months later we received a letter from pendot that the car was found abandoned in the city of Bethlehem! I don't know what kind of business they are actually running, because the car was supposed to be scrapped immediately after signing the title over...so you tell me how was the car found abandoned 6 months later on a city street still in my daughter's name?

I had my Saturn L-Series repaired at North Star after an accident last April. I didn't think my car would ever be the same, but now it looks and runs better than before the accident. North Star went above and beyond my expectations and I recommend them to all my friends and family.
