We had two appointments for this establishment because of an online "deal". When we got there, we were told the owner had a stroke and that our appointments were cancelled. I never received any notification from them, not a single call or email! But somehow one of my appointments were crossed out with the word "Cancelled" next to it. The lady could not even find record of my other appointment! This is all while the rooms were obviously full of patrons receiving their "treatments."



I am in the process of requesting a full refund and advise anyone else who purchased this "deal" to do the same.

People listen up! I live in the Washington Corridor area and saw Scripa Massage and Wellness and decided to walk-in for an appointment. I was in such pain and had wrenched my neck. Ken Scripa went out of his way to accommodate me. Got me in immediately and he even used this Nikken Technology on me - I never heard of it before, but it worked. You should ask him about it. This therapist is a true professional - very professional! I felt great after the session and have been going to him ever since. Ken Scripa has fixed me more than once. Sore muscles from neck to toe are made to feel normal again. Upon entered the parlor I am immediately relaxed with the soft music and Japanese panels that divide the rooms. Ken takes his time with shoulders, back and legs to remove the kinks. I walk out feeling like a new person with energy.
