I have a magnet that advertise plumbing 911. It was on the cover of the yellow pages. When I need a plumber, the phone number and a coupon I've used Plumbing 911 for several problems in my 100yr. old home. The fist time was because after 5 large bottles of drain cleaner I could not open the drain!!!
I really thought I could tackle & handle this job myself. After all, I've seen commercials advertising drain products. It looks so easy, just pore it in the drain, and presto all is well. No it was Not!!!! On the 5th day I finally gave in and called Plumbing 911. Karen who works the office, was so kind. She had John to my home the same day!!! He not only diagnosed the problem, but repaired the drain!!! All in less than 2hrs. I highly recommend John at Plumbing 911. He as been back several times to help fix so many leaks. Thanks to Plumbing 911, I'm really loving this old house!! They will always be my rescue squad!!!was right there on the fridge.

Wonderful employees over the phone! Tech was an hour outside their 2 hour window with no prior call to advise of tardiness, quote (was free at least) was over double of 3 other plumbing companies, I did not give them my business due to this.
