Pop's Repairs

I scheduled a repair service with Pop’s Repairs a month prior to the date since I would be traveling out of state for it. I confirmed multiple times, since a hurricane was predicted, and was never asked to reschedule it or told they could not do the work as planned. When the day arrived, I could not reach them by phone or email and no one contacted me at all until the next day. They were not prepared to do the work and put the blame on me, despite many emails confirming and never being told they did not have what they needed from me to get started. I asked to be scheduled for a date a month out, was told “Will do”, and then screwed the week of. Will never do business with them again.
