Pro Clean Carpet Care

Antonio provided exceptional services when he came to clean carpet of our house. It showed up in the detailed work that he did. He meticulously moved every item, cleaned the carpet, and put back the item (furniture, books etc). He spent about 3 hours cleaning a 800 sq. feet area and when leaving, told us to call them back if any stain comes back and they will clear it for free.

I had pro clean in to clean the carpets in my home today after they were reffered to me by a neighbor. I must say even after what I was told I really was not expecting much as I have used other cleaners in the past and was not impressed. In short there work and attention to detail is second to none! Prices were about stanly steamer range maybe 10 bucks more but worth the money as they were on time did a fantastic job and by the way the carpets dried way faster than with the other companys I tried.

I was waiting at home for four hours even came home early from work to wait for the pro clean technician, and all I recieved was "Oh, sorry we filled someone in your time slot. I would just expect better service especially when someone is waiting at home for them to come It was really a waste of my time.

The job(6 room wall to wall) was done professionally and exceeded expectations-Antonio knew his stuff,was on time,price paid was price quoted - and and was invaluable in helping me out of a tight spot when he arrived(got locked in my bathroom-it's a long story!) I highly recommend this Service!!

They did a great job with 2 of my 8X8ft custom binded carpet. My concern was my hardwood floors under the rug. They took care of it no problem without charging me any extra. They power washed my driveway, wait til it dried and did my carpets there. I was impress to see what steps they took on cleaning my carpets. They did a wonderful job and it looked just like new, no more spots whatsoever (mind you, I have 2 toddlers and a preschooler). I paid a great deal and it was the price they quoted over the phone with no extras. We will definitely use them again. Thanks again guys, you will be expecting a call from my sister who needs your service too.

I called the biggest ad in the yellow pages - Pro Clean (408-266-2532). He quoted me $220 with a 15% senior discount for my mother. By 2:30 his cleaner arrived, worked very hard, and left the place spotless. He said there was no need for deep cleaning. That the good quality carpet made it very easy to clean.ProClean gave me an estimate of $220 with a 15% senior discount. There were NO hidden charges. The carpet cleaner did an excellant job. When he was done, it looked like a new carpet with no extra charges, no special deep cleaning required! He made me feel so much better after I had a horrid BAIT and SWITCH experience with Brite Carpet Care!



Before ProClean came, the same day, I endured a horrid experience with Brite Carpet Care. I had a Valu-Pak coupon from Brite Carpet Care for $105 for whole house any size (according to the ad), which was supposed to include steam cleaning, deoderizing, color brightener, pre-spotting, turbo drying system, wall protector, and light furniture moved. The Phone dispatcher (owner?) was rude. Gave me a Tue morning appointment 11:30 to 1:30. I called to ask if the job would be done in that time or would the cleaner arrive during that time. He gave me an exasperated GOSH, as if I were the one who couldn't speak English (he was the ESL guy)- you could tell he was impatient having to talk to a woman.Two Brite Care cleaners arrived. One guy (Cesar) walked around our small townhome (combo livingroom/dining room), staircase, and 2 bedrooms. He came down and said it would cost $895 to clean! Cesar said the carpet required special deep cleaning. I told him a review I read about his company said even with deep cleaning, the job cost $250. Then he said, he could bring it down to $495. I thought he wanted me to give him cash and offered to do so if I could have the $250 price. He said no, but he could make it $395! When I said I couldn't afford that, he shocked me by saying "where is your husband? why don't you have a husband?" At that point my senior mother was so upset that she told me to tell him to leave. I got on the phone to call ProClean who gave me the estimate and scheduled a cleaning within 2 hours! Back to Brite Care's Cesar, who handed my mother his phone with his boss on it. My mother was angrily telling him that she wasn't paying $895. I had to close the door on his face. His boss then called me back and I told him I'd leave my opinion on the carpet cleaning review boards. NEVER USE BRITE CARPET CARE! Alqays use Pro Clean Carpet Care!

I had these guys come in to clean my carpet and they did an extremely good job, the carpet looks like new again.
