USER BEWARE! Be well versed in HVAC before dealing with this company!



Their HVAC work at our home was directly responsible for $3500+ in damages and Michael Weiss the President is taking zero responsibility for the damage.

Their technicians have inconsistent levels of industry knowledge, BW is good, Gregg is poor.

Horrible follow-up by inside office, Dawn says will call but you will continuously need to follow-up yourself and wait days and sometimes weeks.

Appointments will be set then at the last minute changed or even cancelled.

Michael Weiss the President denied responsibility and said broken pipe had nothing to do with the A/C unit working but it did result in flooding our home at a price tag of $3500.00.

NOT WORTH THE RISK...STAY AWAY

They installed a $15,000.00 furnace 2 1/2 years ago, and I have had nothing but problems with it. This so called HVAC company replaced all of the electronics one year ago(which took them 3 weeks to do)now, the zone board is bad again! When my wife called them two days ago to tell them we had no heat again, they said"they no longer service oil burning furnaces". We had another company come out to diagnose the problem and he informed us that the zone board was bad! Quality air had replaced this part one year ago. When they were called, they then said that the zone board was only warrantied for one year, even though my receipt says 10 years on parts! I wouldn't let these guys install or service an oscillating fan. They couldn't ventilate a piece of Swiss cheese. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

What a pleasant surprise I had working with this company! From start to finish working with Quality Air exceeded my every expectation. The employees were all so helpful & courteous, and so patient with me explaining things to me unlike some other companies I have dealt with in the past that made me feel stupid for asking questions. This company is named appropriately, if you want quality equipment, work, service & people Quality Air is the place to call! I will definately use them in the future for all of my heating & cooling needs, and will be telling all my friends about them! TWO BIG THUMBS UP!!!
