Quality Air Care

Made my appointment in Janurary for April 20 because they were booked that far out. They said they'd call a day or two before appointment but never did. I called the day before the appointment and confirmed it. They said we were all set. The appt was for between 2 and 4 so when no one showed up at about 3:30, I called to find out where they were- only to find out they weren't coming. They told me they tried to call everyone to cancel for that day but my phone never rang. I asked to reschedule, they couldn't help me at that time. I asked for a refund only to be told it wasn't their policy to refund. I asked for a mgr. Was told no mgr's there on Saturdays. Never got my money back. Filing better business bureau complaint next. Don't use these con-artists

Great experience! Timely and experienced. The best part is the non toxic chemicals that are used that reassured me of my families safety. I would highly recommend Quality Air Care!

Great company! Called in the morning, had an estimate by dinner time, demo and remediation began 2 days later. Quality work, techs know what they're talking about.
