        Useless Warranty

        Dec 2008, We paid $5500.00 for a heat pump Nov 2008 that does not work. Now we cannot get service. The company does not answer their business phone, cell phone or e-mails. Apparently caller ID is used to screen calls. Why they call it a SERVICE COMPANY, we have yet to learn.
