        I've been waiting 2 hours for this company to show up to unlock my car after they accepted this job from Verizon's Roadside Assistance. I was given an ETA of 6:33pm. It's now 7:05pm and they haven't shown up or called to say they would be late. I tried multiple times to call their phone number but it rings then goes to a voicemail where I can't even leave a message because the voice mailbox is full. I called Verizon back who tried multiple times to reach them but were not able to either. I had no choice but to cancel the job they accepted and wait for a new company. Thanks for nothing Randy's Roadside!
