Rosewood Homebuilders were a-okay in my book. They custom build our home to our specifications while staying in budget. There were some minor glitches but they worked best to their ability to resolve them with us. There are some things we would do differently now but thats because our family is growing!

Our experience with Rosewood Home Builders has been excellent. Right from the design phase they worked with us to design the plan that fit our needs. We enjoyed watching them building our home quickly, but efficiently. The site workers were always courteous and professional, and even made sure to keep the site as clean as possible. Several of our family members that have experience in the industry commented on the high quality of the construction. We are extremely satisfied with the quality as well and appreciate the warranty that Rosewood offers. The few items on our 60-day warranty were taken care of almost immediately after we submitted the claim. Overall we are completely satisfied with our new home and very happy that we made the choice to move into our Rosewood home.

My new home built by Rosewood Home Builders turned out beautiful! I used Rosewood to build my new home in Latham. There was never a lag in communication between myself and the contractor, whenever I needed to reach them, I was able to get through! The contractors were very helpful when I needed assistance and advice in choosing materials and everything they said was correct, the materials are lasting great! I paid more for a few extras such as granite in my kitchen and powder room, both were great investments! I definitely recommend Rosewood to anyone who is looking to build a new home in the Capitol Region.
