Water-Problem Solved!



I have been living in my home for approx. 2 years. I love all aspects of my home, except for the basement. My basement has always been wet, damp, musty, and smelly. I put the problem off for my first years in the home for a couple of reasons. One, it was an expense that seemed to be significant considering some of the first estimates I got. Two. every person that came to estimate the job was a high-pressure salesman, who demanded a signature on the spot. I felt like I was buying a car, not fixing my basement. Then, a neighbor of mine recommended Paul Salvo Jr. Paul sent out his brother-in-law to look at my basement. Chuck was not high pressure, nor did he give me the feeling of dealing with a salesman. Chuck has done the work himself, as well as estimated work. Chuck gave me a price that was far less expensive then all of the other quotes I had received. I could finally waterproof my basement! Chuck sent out a crew that included both of Paul's sons, as well as three other men who were courteous and professional. Both of Paul's sons walked me through the project and made sure I was happy and informed the whole time. The crew cleaned up and an outsider would have never known they even worked there. After all the work was completed, Chuck game back to give me my guarantee slip and get paid. It is one of the happiest I have ever been to write a check. My basement has been bone dry ever since the work was completed, and I thanked my neighbor so much for recommending such a professional company to me. Thanks Paul Salvo Jr, for seeing my job though to it's completion, and making my basement DRY!
