The oven igniter did not fail when the the technician was checking the unit. I explained that I had seen the oven failed to light immediately and that it would take up to an hour for the stove to light. The top burners light immediately. I had to insist that he replace the oven burner igniter. The new igniter worked perfectly and turned on within seconds of turning the oven on.

The repairman called me to say he would be there in 20 minutes but never showed up or even called. I took the day off from work just to have this repair done. Very disappointed.

Didn't feel like technician was knowledgeable/sure of his functions and what was suppose to be done. Will NEVER use Sears service again for HVAC service

This is the worst service ever. I've been without heat since Nov.23,2016, here it is Dec29,2016 and still no heat your service people never show up on a schedule date of appointment. The one guy who came to fix my heating problem didn't know anything about heating.

they came very late & after they say they fix it , worked for 1 day then after didn't work anymore, went back to the same problem, now i call to report it they gave me an appointment for December 24 today is December 12, so i must wait 12 more days with no heat in the apartments??? i mean there are babies living there. im so disapointed , this is really bad

Even though I had to pay for a repair service that never happened for my Kenmore refrigerator, I was told that I didn't get the warranty that covers additional parts..but at time of purchase, I picked the warranty that was "recommended" by Sears..apparently that wasn't enough..have to buy another warranty on top of the one I already have..this wasn't stated at time of purchase. Very misleading...not a happy customer..

The service was supposed to be completed aug 3rd. It got resceduled twice and when the lady came on aug 24th she left the fridge unfinished and with the bottom broken. I've never had worse service from a company

Annual maintenance performed on central air conditioning system. Well done. No complaints, except we had to wait so long for an appointment; we started in May and got one in July.

Jonathan Polanco did a very fine job and was punctual. He tackled the problem and got everything back working.

The service tech arrived on time based on the 4 hour time window. He was very professional and knew exactly what my problem was based on what I described was the issue. I do feel however that a 4 hour window is too long, it should be a 2 hour window max.
