Do not book this shuttle unless you don't care about time

I want to warn everyone to stay away from Shuttle Express. At first glance, it looks like the cheapest way to get to the airport from a cruise, but they caused us to miss our plane and had horrible customer service. They appear to be very disorganized and do not know what they are doing. We reserved a van with them 2 months in advance for our cruise for 6 people and even prepaid. When we got off the ship, there was a man who appeared to be picking up passengers holding up a sign for shuttle express. we went over there to tell him of our reservation and he told us it did not matter to go get in line over there. We stood in line for about 30 minutes with all the walk ups and very slow person at the desk who seemed like she was very confused and disorganized, but nice. When we got up to her she told us to go wait outside and a van would pick us up. We went out and waited for 2 hours for the van with all the walkups. No one seemed to know what they were doing. Our plane left at 12:00 and we got off the boat at 9:30. We finally got to the airport at 11:55 and we were the last ones at the pier to be picked up even with prepaid reservations.I will say that the driver was very courteous, it was not his fault, and he gave us a card to call customer service the next monday. we have called and left messages all week and have yet to have them call us back and it has been a week and a half. Just a warning to stay away from this shuttle service!!!!

PS. In order to be fair, I must report that this service contacted me after I wrote this review and gave us our money back. However, I can not reccommend them because my sister still missed her flight home. they did try to make things right though by not charging us for the problem.

Elegant Limousine is The Best.

Thank you to Zain for a great limo experience during the bachelorette party. All of the girls enjoyed the limo ride and commented on how nice a limo it was. Our driver,Zain was so accommodating. Being the girls we are, we changed our minds and completely deviated from our original plans. He graciously took us from Safeco all the way to Queen Ann and then back to Shoreline with a few stops along the way.He did a great job picking up our beverages of choice and having them in the limo waiting for us the champagne was perfectly chilled. Zain knew where to go and was right there when we'd call to have him pick us up. The limo was very clean, in great condition and modern. They even provided recommendations on the best clubs in Seattle. I felt well taken care of during our party! Don't call anyone else. Pick Elegant Limousine For Great Service.
