        Overall

        Immediately turned off from the phone call. How are you going to have a business and pick up the phone saying may I ask who's calling. Identify yourself and your business. Then when I clarify if I'm calling Sophisticated Manes (which I shouldn't have had to do), all she says is yes. Lost business before you even met the customer. Get it together ladies. 0 stars.
