We had an incredible experience with Rudy and his team! We bought a house that needed a ton of work which gave us the opportunity to make it our own. We had no idea where to start so Rudy worked very closely with us throughout the entire process and gave us recommendations and ideas that we would have never thought of. The outcome of this house was night and day. It looks amazing and we are so happy we were recommended to this company by our realtor. They worked quickly, efficiently, prices were fair and were wonderful people to work with. I would recommend Rudy and his team to anyone. They are a one stop shop and able to do anything and everything needed for a home. I have more projects I am wanting to do to this house in the future and there is no doubt I will be using them again!
Watch out for hidden "house call" fees and bad communication. Did a good job on initial roof replacement and even helped with insurance assessment. I called 2 years later about light coming through cracks where sealant was applied around pipes and decking that was falling down. Sent roofing guy out who spoke broken English and agreed (as far as I could tell) that sealant was issue but decking was okay. Told him I would expect this to be covered by warranty and he said he would call his boss.
Came back on Saturday and starting climbing up the ladder. Had to directly ask him what the charge would be. I think he had expected his manager to call me since his last visit. He admitted that they wanted $75. I told him that I was going to call his boss and he proceeded up the roof. Called guy three times and no answer. Guy finished up and called boss and he didn't answer, again. We agreed I would take the payment issue up with his boss.
Boss calls me two days later and chews me out for not paying the guy. He tells me it didn't need to be fixed and he was just doing me a favor and $75 is cheap so he didn't think anyone needed to tell me up front. Needless to say I was outraged. The call ended with him hanging up on me. My guess is that he won't be paying his roofing sub-contractor and I do feel bad for the guy. But I'm standing on principle here that you always be upfront about your charges and whether you consider something covered under warranty or not.
Bad experience!!!!
