Baby spinach leaves are topped with crumbled bacon, plump cherry tomatoes, slivered grapefruit, sliced strawberries, walnuts and fresh goat cheese, tossed with our homemade strawberry-honey vinaigrette. The finishing touch is your choice of blackened chicken breast or Atlantic salmon

Fresh Atlantic salmon filets are seasoned and grilled to perfection, and paired with sliced mango and avocado on a bed of mixed greens. Home grown cilantro, tomatoes and red onion add in the final touches, which is served with a light ginger sesame dressing

A mix of spring greens is tossed with grilled chicken breast, sliced pears, imported bleu cheese, slivered red onion and our special light vinaigrette. This masterpiece is topped with glazed walnuts, dried cranberries and our homegrown heirloom nasturtiums when in season
