Tuscany Carpet Cleaning & Floor Restoration

I called, made a request to have someone come on Saturday because I wouldn't want to have someone come work on a Sunday. They never came on Saturday due to an 'emergency' so they told me Sunday with a 10% discount for the trouble. Sent the rudest person I have ever come across who adamantly refused to call the company and speak with the person I had spoken with to confirm what I was telling them, told me they were doing me a favor, not the other way around (true, but still very rude) and was complaining about how they had to work on a Sunday etc. I get it, Sundays are not the best day to work on, but that attitude was completely unnecessary. Totally rude and unprofessional, the whole experience in general was just not pleasant.

I Could not even give them any rating after our brief conversation over the phone, it seems that they do not need any business. Unprofessional, unethical and with the worse attitude you can expect from a customer service/sales rep.
