This company has out dated technology, which is how they desire to be. I desired a system that does not use key FOBS and will use modern technology such as a cell phone. I cancelled the contract, per the terms of the contract. I am cursed at, called names, yelled at and it goes on and on. The BBB tried to contact them and listed them as uncooperative. This owner is as uncooperative as they come.

Per the terms of the contract termination letter was sent. He denies he received it via USPO regular mail, USPO Certified mail, and email but he did finally received the cancellation request and the replacement proof. He agrees on the amount per day FINALLY but he can not count the number of days and refuses to provide a proper refund. The Illinois Dept of Professional Regulation is investigating as when he drew up the contract he was unlicensed and using unlicensed contractors. Also when he did the install he used ADT equipment which ADT states they do not license him to use their equipment.

All he has to do is pay what he owes, but clearly he is a bad person and a bad businessman.

His associated company Nationwide out of NY is as bad as he is. Foul mouthed and all they know how to do is curse and yell.

Stay away from these companies. They are bad news.
