        Overall

        I am having trouble contacting William Warnock after I didn't receive lawn mowing services about a month ago. I gave him 40.00 and have asked for it back; but nothing. I called his cellphone two days ago and I seem to be blocked as it keeps ringing twice and hanging up. I did text to voice and still nothing. He didn't call me back to rectify anything about the money he owes me or the lawn service he owes me. Very disappointed in this situation and lack of professionalism.
