This taxi service claims to run 24/7. NOT TRUE. Good luck even getting them to show up at all! After 2 requests for a taxi, and being told, "Be there in 10 mins", the driver never showed up. A mother and 2 children had to wait out in the cold of richmond for 2hrs (5am-7pm) and they only needed a ride down the same street
