Tanner Foster was a client of ours but the story is not as presented. We created a beautiful and successful website to represent his business. He and his wife Katreena were happy and signed off on all of our work. We have the documentation. Our relationship began in May of 2014 and continued until October of 2015 when things started to change. He thought that our fee to host, provide email, backups and security were too expensive at $19.95 per month. He wanted to move his site to a hosting account of his own and make his own website updates. In October after we helped him move his site at no charge I might add, he made some changes in his website that caused the site to crash, he added a non compatible plugin. He contacted us and we corrected the problem that he could not resolve himself. We did bill him for this work, only reasonable as we are a for profit company. We did not hear from him for a couple of months, then the chargebacks starting coming in. He contacted his credit card company and disputed two charges, the one for fixing his mistakes and one from 6 months before where we created a custom wedding video for him, optimized it, uploaded it to youtube and his website. We also set up his Adwords account for him and optimized it for his chosen keywords. It appeared to me that he was struggling with financial difficulties and was looking for a way to resolve his debt. He did so at our expense. We always treated Tanner and his wife Katreena with respect and kindness and went out of our way many times, providing them with much more value than they ever expected. We never charged them for anything that they did not ask us to do and always asked for payment after the task was completed. We never store a card number in a way that we could just charge them at will without approval. They always had to provide the card to us for us to process. And Yes, We live the marketing lifestyle and do sell online a nutritional supplement line of products. We are experienced marketers and provide exceptional service to our clients.
