        Great to work with a company that is not only Green Certified, but holds full CIMS GB with honors, which supports our LEED certification. Our cleaning staff is top notch, and consistently provides the high standards we expect and demand. None of the constant turnover we experienced with our last janitorial service.

        They are hands down the best option for our organization's custodial needs, both the front line staff and the management go over and beyond to ensure we receive high quality service consistently. Truly refreshing after dealing with some other companies in our area that didn't come close. Highly recommend!

        A cut above the rest

        After working with several other janitorial services in the area, and being quite dissatisfied with the quality of service we seemed to continuously find, I was extremely pleased to find Advanced Maintenance Solutions. They have provided facility maintenance to our company for over four years. The levels of cleanliness in our buildings have gone up tremendously since they took over. Their staff is trustworthy, pleasant, professional, and always going over and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend Advanced Maintenance Solutions to any company that is looking for a premier janitorial service. They truly care about their customer's satisfaction!
