        Overall

        This business has been harassing us since our mother died. We received a phone call and a mailing--both which were incredibly insensitive and very unprofessional. I would never do business with a company that chooses to do business this way. They do not know us, yet they send a card and pretend to be our closest friends. We do not need a monument and if we did, we most certainly would not select this business to provide it.
