Fantastic Sams

I had almost given up on cuts in this area, New Baltimore and Chesterfield. No matter how I described what I wanted I was never satified at the other shops. My hair does not grow even and I would tell them that, they would agree and then cut it the same way anyway. Or they would constantly interupt to answer phones, check people in and get all frazzled and forget where they left off at or get the robot cut that everyone else walks out with.



Finally I got a cut at Fantastic Sams in New Baltimore and they continued cutting until I was satisfied.



I am not interested in sales on cuts only to end up waiting behind a line of people to save a couple dollars, NOT WORTH MY TIME!!



People look at my hair every day and I need it right. In the past I got lousy cuts at other places and it would take several cuts latter to get it right. And those other stores where dirty and un kept. Once I even had a hair stylist argue with me and finnaly said " don't tell any one I cut it this way ". Well I did and never went back again to a place in Chesterfield.



I hope to continue to get great cuts at Fantastic Sams and will be back.
