A -Spa

I received a French mani/pedi as a gift a month ago & went in on a Saturday afternoon for my appointment. Grace was the nail tech. She took over 2 hours to do my nails. My toes looked tolerable. I've done better on myself. Then came my hands. She yanked at my cuticles, never applied moisturizer. She had me rub in hand sanitizer - which dried my hands out. After she attempted the French, my nails looked hideous. So hideous that I had to ask her to paint them a solid color instead because I knew she was never going to get the French right. Even that looked sloppy. Cotton fibers everywhere, lumps in the coat. There was no one at the salon to complain to (the salon had closed for the day at that point). It was already paid for since it was a gift. Actually, a FRENCH manicure was already paid for but was not what I received. It looked like a blind monkey had done it. I emailed the salon afterwards - no response. It was a gift so i don't even want a refund. Just acknowledgement. -
