JR Computer Repairs

Excellent service from this guy! never had a problem with service, price, or anything of the sort, and they have been the ones entrusted to fix my computers for years now. The owner, is a very straightforward man, and when I brought a laptop in, he flat out told me once they looked at it, that it wouldn't be worth fixing, because the motherboard was dead, and rather than spend close to 300 bucks on it, it would be better to look at newer laptops. Would highly recommend working with them!

They fixed my water damaged laptop quickly at a reasonable price and saved me from having to spend hundreds more to replace the computer and I have all my pictures and music. Great job

Horrible horrible experience! I brought my laptop in to be fixed due to a cracked screen. JR Computers had my laptop for two whole months. They told me week after week that they were waiting for a part then it was the wrong part then they needed another part.. so i waited and waited and after two whole months i was told they could not fix my computer???? They even charged me $100 for labor after all that! When I brought the computer in it was in working condition. Although the crack was annoying the computer was still completely usable. Upon picking up my computer, the screen was in far worse condition, not even attached. Now i cannot use my computer at all, never mind the two months i went without it! Again, only god knows what I paid $100 for!! I am cutting my losses and never going back. These people have no idea what they are doing!!!!! This experience was nothing more than a waste of time and money.
