        I've been a loyal customer for...

        I've been a loyal customer for almost 20 years. He does a fabulous job on all my carpets. One time when I moved into a new home the folks leaving the house said they had cleaned the carpets...I decided to keep with my original plan to have Jay do the carpets anyway. Good thing! they were many times cleaner when he was done!! No streaking or lines of gray that they had left behind. I am always satisfied.
