I am the owner of Spa Paw & Tail and feel that I must notify Yellow Page users of the situation with the person claiming to be anonymous and GV along with other names as well. This woman has become obsessed with me and stalking me online. She watches our online presence daily. When Spa Paw receives a review then she will delete or modify hers to stay current. I have reported the situation to the authorities at this point. We-Spa Paw & Tail do not solicit reviews and we offer tours of our facility 6 days per week. We are happy to answer any question that pet parents may have. I sincerely apologize that the internet has become a breeding ground for people like this. We simply asked this woman not to return to our facilty due to her behavior and this is the result. I do apologize for littering the review section of Yellow Pages with such a situation. Nina Race

We have used Spa Paw for many years. I came across the YP reviews here while looking up their phone number. I couldn't disgree more than with a couple of these. I feel that they must be reviewing another business. I have had nothing but positive and professional experiences every since my first time. We are very happy.

I have boarded my cats there along with my three dogs. They were great and went to such lengths to keep my elderly cat comfortable. On her last boarding stay, they administered her fluids no questions asked. I got tons of pictures during their stay as well! I like the all indoor boarding as I have read horror stories about dogs getting out of yards and running away at other facilities. Highly recommend!!

I want it to be known that I think the staff is incredibly friendly and amazingly organized! I know they mostly cater to dogs but the small area they offer for cat boarding is great, they have large windows, plenty of toys, cat trees and hammocks. Also unlike many boarding facilities for cats they actually let the cats out of the kennels throughout the day. I've used Spa Paw and Tails services a few times a year for the couple years. My issue comes from a recent change they made. In the past they were only open for a short time on Sundays. Just a few hours and they charged a $15 Sunday pick up fee. When I reserved this year for my annual 10 day vacation I was informed that they extended their Sunday hours to 9am-5pm to be more accommodating. While extending their hours and services on Sunday they still choose to charge a fee. Personally, I think it's wrong to continue to charge that when you have regular business hours. It seems greedy. I asked the owner if she would consider waiving the fee, since I have been there in the past, my car had been there 10 nights total this stay, and also had a deluxe grooming package. I was told since they had waived it once in the past she would not be willing to again. I've notice negative responses typically get a response from the owner saying that the customer was disgruntled or upset. I want to make it clear that I am not either of those, but I do feel as though I am less valued as a customer. Maybe it's because I only have one long stay a year, and a couple weekends, maybe it's because they cater to dogs, with a small cat operations, I really don't know. I wanted it to be clear to the owner why I won't be back.

I have used Spa Paw on multiple occassions. I must say that I would never take my pets to any other facility. I never worry when I am gone. They know my dogs as soon as they walk in the door and treat them like babies. I am so happy to have found a true first class place to take by babies to. Thank you Nina for operating such a first class establishment.
