Pine Valley Apartments

This place touts itself as being nice income based housing, when in all actuality it's a cleaner version of Craven Terrace. The outside of the complex is pretty well maintained by the maintenance man (who is the ONLY good thing about this complex). But upon closer inspection, you'll see how the tenants have trashed it and turned it into a "suburban ghetto".

There are a lot of decent people who live here and take care of their units, but the terrible tenants are the ones who make everyone miserable and management DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to get rid of these scumbags.

Since we've moved here we've seen numerous drug deals every day, tenants too lazy to throw their garbage in the dumpsters and instead toss the bags next to it and expect the maintenance guy to throw them in the dumpster, leave food all over the walk ways, vandalize the laundry room repeatedly, kids run up and down the stairs all hours of the day and night and their parents seem to be nonexistent, those same kids throw rocks at cars, people screaming and fighting all the time in the parking lot and from their balconies, etc. The cops are here for some reason or another at least once a day. The bad tenants have absolutely zero respect for anyone or anything.

When we moved in, management was so adamant about their zero tolerance policy for drugs, weapons, etc and yet nothing has been done despite repeated complaints. She says one thing to your face and then does nothing and just chalks it up to being a disgruntled tenant out to get someone kicked out because they dont like someone.

Avoid this place like the plague. Run from it like your life depends on it.
