I found their customer service...

I found their customer service people to be unresponsive and rude. When I cancelled my service I had a credit due me for a missed pick up, which after 6 months, I have still not received. I have gotten a run around, been blown off, been told the check is being processed only to be told on further follow up that the credit was cancelled and a check was not being sent. Overall their pick up service is at best average for a high cost and poor customer service.

Worst customer service i ever ...

Worst customer service i ever experienced! operator answering the main # can't answer any of your questions or even the dates & charges on your account. we actually had a credit on our account and she read it as a balance due on our account. (real brainiacs) when you need any type of clairification on your account you are referred to your account manager. our sales associate seems to return his calls when he's good & ready. alls we wanted was for midco to pick up the garbage on weekly scheduled day of which has been pre paid in advance. sounds simple enough. well our sales associate says it takes some time for the drivers to recive their paperwork for garbage pick ups. we had this garbage service for 10 years! who ever knew garbage pick ups could be so complicated. our bill continually increases each month. when they don't pick up the trash and you finally get your sales associate to call you back he promises a rescheduled day and when that day comes they still don't pick up the trash guess what you still get billed. our sales associate is completely useless and nothing ever gets resolved. the company should replace him with a eager customer oriented person. i wonder what the president of midco would think of his managerial skills. i can't wait to fill out my customer survey! i just shopped around and found a company for half the price with no fuel charges or delivery charges- no kidding! do yourself and your company a favor shop around pay less and get less aggravation. say good bye to midco!

Try calling first

If you don't mind being on hold for over 45 minutes trying to reach a person to speak with.. then take their service. No problems with the service- except when trying to reach anyone in their offices. was unable to reach anyone to decrease service, so ended up switching providers.
