Free Flow

Just had a great experience with Free Flow. Called me 15 minutes before he was going to show up like I asked. Was professional and so far looks like it was a job well done! Had a clogged main line. Drilled it out twice just to make sure it was working properly. Price was very reasonable. Very pleased with the service. Hopefully the line stays clear!

Horrible customer service and service. Had backup and told lady who answered my schedule. She wouldn't give an exact appointment time but told me a specific day and in "the morning" a serviceman would come out. I told her when i would need to pick up my kids from school and she said everything should be fine because they call to make sure someone is home before they come out. Apparently they do not because they sent someone out without calling me first and then charged me for coming but not providing any services. Lies and a bill later, i am extremely disappointed.

This was probably the most unprofessional small business I have ever delt with. I made my initial contact with the company and scheduled an appointment. They were an hour and a half late so I called. I spoke to the owner and he advised me that his guy would call me and let me know when he would arrive at my house. Two hours later I received a phone call from his employee. I was told that he would be at my house in about 1 hour. He never showed up. The next day I got a phone call from the owner. He told me that his "guy" ran out of gas on his way to my house. We scheduled another appointment for that afternoon. Two hours after the "guy" is to arrive at my house, I get a call from the owner. He tells me that they can not fix my problem and referred me to another company. He told me the good news is that he is not comming to my house and charging me for a problem that he can not fix. Like he did me a favor two days after they were originally supposed to be at my house. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, there are many others out there that are responsible.

We have lived in New Cumberland for 30 years with a poorly installed sewer lateral. Several times the line has slowed and needed opened.

Free Flow has always responded in a timely manner. Their representatives were courteous and professional.

It is typically years between their visits but it is comforting to know they are available.
