        Cajun Original Foods, Inc. is a small USDA and FDA inspected food manufacturing facility. We produce high quality authentic Cajun food in the heart of Cajun Louisiana. We produce five (5) types of Boudin (Hot, Regular, Brown Rice, Shrimp, and Crawfish),and six (6) types of stuffed French Bread Pistolettes (Crawfish, Shrimp, Crab, Alligator, Beef, and Breakfast), also produced at our facility are Crawfish Pies, Shrimp Pies, Pork Boudin Balls, Pork Cajun Bites, Shrimp Cajun Bites, and Crawfish Cajun Bites. The above items are frozen, but we have two other items; Brown Kwik Browning and Flavoring Sauce, and All Natural Marinade and Grillin' Sauce.
