Dear Tom and the Board of Directors,
My name is Chris Wagner... My dad lived in unit 113. When he passed I cleaned out the place like Tom had said and turned in the keys on the 15th of August. When I surrendered the keys I informed Tom I wanted to be paid by the next tenant of unit 113 for the central air conditioning unit I had installed for my dad. He told me we will have to deal with that issue when the time comes. Well the time has come. Mr. Lou Dunbar has taken unit 113 over two weeks ago and I still have not received the $300.00 for the air conditioning unit, nor any word at all about the $5,000.00 refundable deposit to the family members which will be devided by 4 of Ron Wagners children including myself. I need the information of who to contact to receive the $5000.00 of my dad's deposit, and a contact number for Mr. Dunbar who has taken over apt. 113 to collect my $300.00 for the air unit.
