Portillo's New Lenox

Everyone is nice and the food is delicious but the food takes about 25 mins and thats too long

Went for lunch with my family and had a terrible first experience. All of my family members ordered the big roast beef, while I ordered the beef and cheese. First off they ordered peppers and only received one little container. Second, we had to ask for our other drink. Thirdly, I received my beef and cheese with a **sprinkle of cheese! Fourth, our wait was about 20 minutes, the reason why I did not go back to "try" to get more cheese. Lastly, there was absolutely no seating. When I finally received a table, I had to wave someone down to get them to wipe down the table. This was such a bad experience! We even drove from the Shorewood Location to the New Lenox Location!!!

Usually the chicken chopped salad is worth the 20 minute wait in the drive through,, but tonight there was no chicken or pasta in the salad. Very disapointing. lost a family of customers tonight.
