Never had a problem great place thanks to the board that works to make a great place to play and live could not afford a lake place if not for badin shores

The people on the board get special treatment. I've been at the pool before and there's a older couple that has been on the board for sometimes. They will come to the pool almost every weekend and save tables which you are not suppose to do until around lunch when they come down. Several time someone had gotten that table because their towels had blown off and the people sitting at the table was blasted and cursed at to get up tell them that was their table and did they not see it was saved. This is wrong. He is a retired school teacher and I hate to think that he represents the teachers of today's society. Rude Rude Rude. I would have punched him out and gave him a piece of my mind. I have never seen the like of an adult acting like that.

If we let our grass get the a little high they charge you an annormous fee, but you can go around the park and alot of the lots are nasty and knee deep in grass. What's good for one is good for the others!!!! Badin Shore picks and choses who to be fair to or not.

If we could sell we would. We been there for years and the last couple years has been a nightmare, I wouldn't suggest it to anyone. The rules are broken for the golf carts and I've report some things and they tell me there is nothing that can be done. Then don't make this in the rule. Don't get return calls if you have questions or concerns. What are we paying dues for???
